Returns & Exchanges
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service – so please talk to us about any problems and let us get it sorted.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, in the unlikely event that a product you have purchased from The Sport Depot is faulty, we will do everything we can to resolve this situation to your satisfaction. We are committed to meeting our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll likely need a photo showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.
We will reimburse the cost of return postage, or organise recollection from you, for damaged or defective items. We reserve the right to refuse a returned product that is damaged by the recipient due to lack of care or disregard of care.
If you received an item you didn't order.
If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We will reimburse the cost of return postage or organise recollection from you.
Change of mind returns
We are willing to offer you a 30-day money back or complimentary exchange policy provided that the items are returned to our warehouse in their original unused condition with the original packaging and tags.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned because of ‘change of mind’. These include clothing, support belts and accessories and gloves (due to their personal nature).
Undamaged, correctly returned products will be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card once the goods are received by us.
The cost of return postage for ‘change of mind’ will be incurred by the purchaser. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
